We reached out to Patricia recognizing we needed professional help with our 2-car garage that was overwhelmed with tools, bikes, toys and everything else. I was feeling overwhelmed with all of my daughter’s toys and wanted to make room for toys she will receive for the holidays. My dream was to have everything organized in time for Christmas. I also wanted to create a space that made it easier for both myself and my daughter to be able to clean up after she is done playing, without feeling overwhelmed by it. Patricia made that all possible for us. Patricia is a dream to work with, truly! Not only is she knowledgeable and willing to go above and beyond to make it the best possible experience and outcome, but I really enjoyed her company and learned so much from her. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to organize any space in their home. It is truly amazing what a difference she has made in our lives. My family is excited and impressed with how organized everything is! My daughter already knows which bins her toys go into, and when I asked her to please clean up, she went right downstairs to do it. Our expectations were met above and beyond. Preserving 20 Years of Memories
I would absolutely recommend Patricia as a photo organizer. She is amazing! Her organizational skills, knowledge, plus her logical, thorough and thoughtful approach to my photo project went beyond all expectations. I had 20+ years of photos and videos scattered digitally over many sources. She not only migrated them to one site, she provided several backup external hard drives. She took many necessary steps to make sure everything was properly saved and stored for not only my use, but to pass on to my children. The icing on that cake was a written summary report of everything she did, recommendations, and a list of photo resources. I am incredibly grateful to her for preserving my memories as she did. It is priceless to me!
Kitchen Clean Out
I have been wanting to get organized, so I decided to start with my closet. I quickly realized I just didn’t have the time or bandwidth to do it myself. Maximizing a Small Pantry

I really enjoyed working with her on this project, and I learned so much during the process. The outcome exceeded my expectations! My daughter said to me last night “wow, I really love what Patricia did with our pantry, it is so easy for me to find my snacks now.” My husband said, “it looks really nice in the pantry, I am really impressed.” I would highly recommend Patricia to anyone looking for some organization and order in their life. Garage Overhaul
Patricia was delightful to work with from start to finish on the organization of our garage. She began by assessing “the situation”, asked what our goals were, and started generating ideas immediately. She then presented her design and research on organizational systems. When the first proposal came back on the high side budget-wise, she quickly presented alternative options, breaking down the pricing, so it was easy to get a full picture of the project. She took care of ordering all the supplies and worked with the store on all the details and any problems that arose. She offered to go shopping with me, as well, so I could see more options on the smaller items, which I took her up on. She helped me load and unload my car with the organizational products. She offered to help purge and take any items to donation sites. On the actual day of the project, in which we emptied the garage, cleaned it, installed shelving, and reorganized everything back, she was organized, positive, and energetic for seven hours straight! She constantly checked in with me to make sure it was going the way I hoped, delegated tasks, did the heavy lifting, and ensured the whole day went smoothly. Patricia is sweet, but when it comes to organizing she doesn’t mess around! She attacks the job…but in a warm and professional way. She’s the perfect mix of all good things – she listens, she is fast and efficient, she gets you organized!
10 Years of Chaos
I can’t thank Patricia enough for being there to support my elderly mother when I couldn’t. After relocating to another state, I was presented with the dilemma of how to help my mother eliminate years of clutter and restore her home to a safe, functional environment. Patricia with her gentle approach was able to motivate my mother to make changes after years of being burdened by disorganization and the inability to let go of even insignificant belongings such as paper and magazines.
Patricia sorted through 10 years of paper using a system of purging, filing and identifying important tax documents, as my mother had neglected to file multiple years of income taxes. Within weeks Patricia had located and organized all necessary documents that were in the house, tracked missing documents from various sources, and meticulously organized all of the paperwork before hand delivering it to my mother’s accountant. Patricia was able to work alongside my mother to sort over 10 years of magazines and come to an agreement as to what to keep. When the project was complete, hundreds of magazines were donated to a nonprofit which brought my mother great joy. Most importantly, with Patricia’s pharmacy background, she was able to competently evaluate and organize my mother’s medications. I don’t think I can emphasize enough what a valuable resource she was in this area.
There is no doubt the disruption to her home was challenging for my aging mother. However, Patricia put a plan in place to provide emotional support including identifying my mother’s favorite music and having it play in the background each day. She took a step by step approach respectful of my mother’s belongings and her emotional connection to them. I’m grateful that even while being so far away, I could have peace of mind in knowing that someone so kind, capable and trusting was able to accomplish what was necessary to create an easier way of life for my mother instead of constantly navigating the chaos…Patricia hit the mark on so many different levels, and all in a very short period of time! I am already planning a monthly maintenance plan with Patricia to help keep my mother on track!

Patricia has been a blessing in our home and workspace. She is truly gifted in the art of organization. After listening to my feelings of overwhelm due to paper clutter and general disarray, she quickly identified the organizational tools and processes that were missing. Downsizing a Busy Professional
Patricia did a fantastic job of helping me organize my new home. I had recently downsized and had a life overflowing with demands on me. Patricia very adeptly came in and helped me organize my excess “baggage”, my kids’ rooms, projects, photos and more. I needed help! It took me a while to admit it- but I just couldn’t get this project done on my own.
